为什么加入 B-Hired？
- 年龄在 16 至 29 岁之间
- 加拿大公民、永久居民或有权在加拿大合法工作的受保护人员
- 居住在不列颠哥伦比亚省：温哥华、本拿比、新威斯敏斯特、列治文、素里、高贵林、枫树岭、北温哥华、西温哥华和斯阔米什；
- 失业或就业不稳定*
- 未从其他省级或政府劳动力市场计划获得类似的财政支持
- 具备中高级英语技能（至少达到加拿大语言基准 5+）。
* "岌岌可危的就业 "是指那些没有失业，但工作条件不稳定或不可持续的人，如工作时间不固定、工资不可靠或收入无法满足基本需求。它还包括那些从事低薪工作的人，因自动化而面临失业风险的人，从事低于自身技能水平的工作但没有晋升前景的人，或有正当理由离职的人。
