• Aged between 16 to 29 years old;
• Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Person Legally entitled to work in Canada;
• Living in British Columbia in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Squamish; 

• Unemployed or Precariously Employed and not receiving duplicative financial supports from another provincially or federally funded labour market program; 
• Intermediate to Advanced English Level (minimum CLB – Canadian Language Benchmarks of 5+)
