Online Learning for Temporary Foreign Workers provides:
- Needs assessment including strengths and barriers
- Development of an individualized learning plan
- Access to online learning courses/topics
- Individualized feedback on assignments from an experienced Case Manager
- Progress monitoring to ensure individual needs are met
