We have two offices located in the Lincoln Centre in Coquitlam. On the ground floor (Unit 136) of the Centre is our LINC English language programs and on the second floor (Unit 258) are our Settlement and career services.
From April 2025, we will also offer more LINC classes at: 435B North Road, Coquitlam.

Important information about this location
Street pay parking or parking lots can be found near our building or in the Hedreson Mall.
Alternatively, you can go to Westwood Street to find free street parking.
If you do not have a car, we are near public transport, including the SkyTrain (Lincoln station) and buses (160, 183, 186, 188, N9).

Our Settlement services, including Moving Ahead Program (MAP) , New Horizons and Volunteer Community Connections can support you in multiple languages including: English, Farsi, Urdu, Dari, Pashto, Arabic, Spanish, Somali, Korean, Tigrinya, Russian and Mandarin.
Our employment services (including Job Quest, Skills Hub and Career Paths), offer services in: English, Hindi, Mandarin and Vietnamese.
If your language is not listed here, we can organize a translator so you can receive support in your first language.

Our services based in Coquitlam can serve many newcomers, including permanent residents and naturalized citizens.

If you are an international student, work permit holder, refugee claimant, or naturalized citizen, please check our BC Newcomer Services Program (BC NSP). SUCCESS BC in Coquitlam may also be able to support you.
All ISSofBC services are free if you are in BC and are eligible for our services.
Please note our services are limited.
For example, we cannot fill out any immigration forms on behalf of clients or provide any advice on decision-making related to your visa process. Please refer to the national government office, IRCC for this support.

Our one-on-one general Settlement services are not limited to where you live.
However, your access to our Moving Ahead Program (MAP) and job/work services such as Career Paths for Skilled Immigrants, are limited to the area in which you live.
