The centre, located at #301-10334 152A Street (behind Guildford Place), is now providing settlement, employment and entrepreneurship services, for interested and eligible clients in Surrey, a community ISSofBC has served for many years.
Settlement Services
Newcomers receive information on key settlement-related topics, referrals to other services and interesting learning activities; and build personal connections and gain access to volunteer opportunities.

This program bridges skilled immigrant professionals – particularly those in the fields of Engineering/Construction and Information Technology – with jobs that make use of their pre-arrival training and experience.

SOS (Settlement Orientation Services)
SOS provides refugee claimants with multilingual pre-settlement and health promotion supports including orientation on the asylum application process.

VAST (Vancouver Association for Survivours of Torture)
VAST assists refugees and other newcomers who have endured torture, trauma and political violence through counselling, documentation, education, and referrals.

Le Relais Francophone
Le Relais represents 37 member associations offering a variety of resources touching on every aspect of francophone day-to-day life and answering the needs of newcomer French speakers who call British Columbia home.
Vancity
Vancity provides a broad range of onsite services for newcomers including bank account starts and financial literacy workshops.
Surrey Urgent And Primary Care Centre
The centre offers primary health care for refugees, immigrants and local residents.
