Government-Assisted Refugee (GAR) Bulletins
Refugees who arrive in Canada through the UN system are called Government-Assisted Refugees (GARs) and receive additional support to settle and adapt to life in Canada.
ISSofBC is one of Canada’s largest providers of settlement services to refugees, and to help researchers and the public understand the demographics and trends in GAR arrivals into Metro Vancouver, we produce GAR Bulletins which you can access below:

Our Pay Transparency Reports
As part of our work supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), we believe it is also essential to be transparent about our pay to reassure the public and our staff that we are living our values.
The reports below outline the pay rates across the organization and within the various pay ranges at ISSofBC. We hope that this encourages others in the for-profit and non-profit sectors to be more transparent with their own pay rates.
