Our FREE Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC), delivered by qualified and experienced instructors, can help you achieve your language and settlement goals! With LINC classes being offered in the morning, afternoon, and evening at six locations, you can find a class that suits your needs.

If you don’t meet the eligibility requirements, check out our fee-for-service English language training programs offered through our Language and Career College (LCC).

From April 1, 2025:

• There will be no more advanced English classes (Canadian Language Benchmark 7 & 8) provided by ISSofBC.
• All intermediate (CLB 5 & 6) classes will be provided online only. Space in these classes will be limited.
