Whether you’re just starting your job search or need help navigating the Canadian workplace, Solid Start 360-Employment Program offers 1:1 coaching, group workshops, and opportunities to connect directly with employers through job fairs and mentoring events.

Participants also gain access to self-paced online courses that address the unique challenges immigrants face entering the Canadian workforce.

The program focuses on supporting you to:

  • Create strong resumes and cover letters
  • Build confidence for job interviews
  • Learn how and where to look for jobs
  • Understand Canadian workplace culture
  • Receive job referrals and connect with employers

You can join online or in person, and the program is currently offered in Vancouver, New Westminster, Coquitlam/Tri-Cities, and Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows.

The program is available to Permanent Residents and Protected Persons as defined in S.95 of Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).

“Your kindness and generosity made a significant difference during my transition, and I truly appreciate everything you did to help me with my career.”
