Looking for Affordable Housing in BC? Learn If You’re Eligible.
Join us for an online session to learn more about the subsidized housing options available in British Columbia. This session will provide an overview of the key questions many people have, including who is eligible for subsidized housing, how priority is determined, and what steps are involved in the application process. We will also introduce the rental assistance programs available in BC, such as the Rental Assistance Program and the SAFER program for seniors, to help you understand what support may be available to you.
The session will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, and will be held online through MS Teams. It will be delivered in Farsi to support community members who prefer information in that language.
Eligibility Criteria:
❑ Permanent Resident (PR)
❑ Protected Person, as defined in S.95 of Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protect Act (IRPA)
