Our multilingual staff can help you and your family get settled, make new friends, and understand your new life in Canada.

We have a number of services that can support you if you are a refugee or a refugee claimant.

Please phone us to make an appointment before coming into our offices. We have offices across Metro Vancouver, so find the details of your nearest location here.

We try to serve all clients in a timely manner but please note that ISSofBC is not a government organization and we only provide services to newcomers living in British Columbia.
