What we do
- 12-week, self-employment exploration program
- No-cost, part-time service with case management support
- Help you research and clarify your business interest and idea
- Provide entrepreneur-specific language training
- Connect you to business mentors to build knowledge and skills
- Arrange field trips and site visits to observe business operations
- Connect you to events and organizations to expand your support network
You can join if you are:
- Refugee, Permanent Resident or Canadian citizen
- BC resident
- Employed, unemployed or underemployed
- Not a full-time student
- Not participating in another provincially or federally funded labour market program
- Minimum CLB 5 (Intermediate to Advanced English)
