Eligibility

  • Newcomer living in British Columbia.
  • Beginners to Intermediate English level. Minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB 4) – adequate basic.

  • Legally permitted to work in Canada.
  • Newcomers who have previous experience in the industry and/or want to build a career in the tourism and hospitality sector.

We are delighted to announce an exclusive offering for participants in our Gateway to Tourism and Hospitality program. As part of this enhancement, we introduce complimentary Occupational Training language classes designed for individuals with a CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) level 4.

Facilitated by our esteemed colleagues at LCC, these language classes present a unique opportunity for skill development tailored specifically for our Gateway participants.
