Eligibility

  • Permanent Resident, Refugee (Government-Assisted and Privately Sponsored, not accepting refugee claimants) or Protected Person
  • Employed, unemployed or under-employed

  • BC Resident
  • Ukrainians with a CUAET visa
  • Live-in Caregiver or Temporary Foreign Worker with approval in principle.

  • Individual who has been selected to become a Permanent Resident and who has been informed by a letter from IRCC.

  • Group visits with organizations that support entrepreneurs.

Presentations

  • Capstone presentations where Spark graduates present their Capstone Projects, sharing their learning journey with others.
