Position Summary

Answer phones and handle queries
Check messages and e-mail; and respond accordingly
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
Arrange courier pickups and delivery
Maintain common areas of the office

Administrative Support

Manage office supplies ensuring that they are well stocked and ordered when necessary
Daily production volume reconciliations
Preparation of reports, memos, and signage
Maintain Lost & Found program, including communication with clientele
Scheduling of new hire orientations and distribution of hiring packages
Review daily time cards and assist in semi-monthly payroll processing
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills

Adept in working with supervisors and management in a cooperative, team-orientated manner to ensure the best possible business results
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Competent in the use of MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
Strong organization, problem solving, and exceptional attention to detail
Fluent in English

Job Skills Required
Must be able to work one weekend day per week
Previous office experience required
Multilingual is an asset
