Recommended by 99% of students, LCC offers high-quality and affordable English and career programs that are flexible to your needs and available for international and domestic students and other newcomers. There is also a variety of diplomas that you can explore here.
LCC is wheelchair accessible and open every weekday from 9 am until 4 pm on Friday, 6 pm on Monday and Wednesday, and until 8 pm on Tuesday and Thursday.

The Main Street–Science World SkyTrain station is a short walk away, and bus routes 3, 8, 19, and 84 stop nearby.
Street and paid parking lots are close.

As a social enterprise, LCC charges a reduced fee to cover its costs but at very competitive rates, which you can find here.

We have been providing services to newcomers in BC from our Terminal offices for nearly 30 years.
The LCC was created in 1994 to provide affordable high-quality English and career programs to domestic and international students at affordable prices, focusing on creating positive social impact rather than profits.
