ISSofBC is a non-profit organization, and Career Paths is an employment program designed to assist newcomers in reconnecting with their pre-arrival occupations/careers. The program is government-funded and comes at no cost to you. Here are some of the services we offer:

• ACTION PLANNING based on your career goals   

• CREDENTIAL EVALUATION    

• One-On-One JOB SEARCH Support   

• MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES   

• EMPLOYER OR INDUSTRY EVENTS FOR NETWORKING    

• EMPLOYER CONNECTIONS   

• PRACTICUM OPPORTUNITIES (can include RELATED/ALIGNED OCCUPATIONS)
