Sony Pictures Imageworks, a premier visual effects and animation studio, visited ISSofBC November 12 to provide an in-depth look at the recruitment process involved in working with their newly opened Vancouver Imageworks studio.
Guests attending the workshop were provided information by experienced recruiters explaining what Sony Pictures Imageworks seeks in its potential employees.
Resume feedback and on-site interviews were also available to give constructive criticism on what attendees can do to improve their chances in landing a rewarding role with Sony Imageworks.
Sony Pictures Imageworks is a visual effects and animation studio based in Vancouver and a division of Sony Pictures Digital Productions, overseeing the digital production and entertainment assets of Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Their most recognizable works include The Amazing Spider-Man, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and Men in Black 3.
