Eligibility requirements
Applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Be a current or former ISSofBC client within three years of the application deadline.
- Be a British Columbia resident with protected person/convention refugee, or Permanent Resident (PR) status.
- Be enrolled in or accepted to a post-secondary institution in British Columbia.
- Demonstrate financial need for assistance with tuition costs.
