Do you have young children? If you study during the day in Vancouver (Victoria Drive) or in Richmond, you can use our free preschool for children aged 30 months to 5 years. Learn English while your child plays and learns in a safe place!

ASL (American Sign Language) LINC Classes

Are you Deaf or hard of hearing? You can take free English classes with the ASL LINC class at the ISSofBC Vancouver site (Victoria Dr.).
It is a program for Permanent Residents who have limited or no English.

“Before I started my English Language LINC classes at ISSofBC, I felt uncomfortable going outside my home since I didn’t know how to speak English. It changes many people’s lives, especially mine.”
