Eligibility criteria 
• Permanent Resident (PR), Protected Person (as defined by Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act [IRPA]), or an individual selected for PR with an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) letter. 
• Living in Vancouver, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, or Pitt Meadows.
