ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Are you passionate about the helping other women? Do you want to gain new skills and experience in Canada? Join our certificate program to become a facilitator and make a difference in your community.
What will you receive?
- Training on group facilitation, Canadian systems, and community resources
- Hands-on experience leading and facilitating community groups for immigrant women.
- A Certificate of Facilitation upon program completion, plus ongoings support.
Eligibility:
- Immigrant women ages 19+
- Permanent Residents or Protected Persons (including refugee claimants with positive Notice of Decision)
- English Level: CLB Level 4
- Strong desire to help other women
Program Dates
Training Sessions:
- October 6 – November 12
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
- 10:00am to 2:00pm
