The week of December 22 concrete for the parkade ceiling and first-level floor will be poured – a total of 10,000 square feet. The second phase pour is scheduled for January 12. The crane, which is estimated to be installed during the first week in January, will be placed on top of the first-level floor. Work will also begin next week on the parkade ramp beginning with necessary excavation work. We should see more dramatic progress in January as the building takes shape.
