You can join if you are:
  • Permanent resident
  • Refugee (Government Assisted and Privately Sponsored), Refugee Claimant
  • Naturalized Canadian citizen
  • Caregiver or Temporary Foreign Worker
  • Priority given to those in Canada five (5) years or less and whose English is assessed at CLB 5 or below
