Do you have a knack for identifying new opportunities (hunter) with existing clients as well as managing relationships with leading banks and financial institutions throughout the entire sales cycle. You’ll work closely with our Director of Sales to ensure the continued growth of our client base. You are a mid-career sales professional who is ready to play champions league and work with leading banks in North America, closing $1Million+ deals.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Carry your own sales quota within one of our regional sales teams. You report to the Director of Sales, and will be responsible for developing and converting new opportunities into successful and happy customers.
Closely collaborate with demand gen specialist and our pre-sales consultants, as well as the professional services organization. Also, this role will involve working in close cooperation with sales counterparts from our partner base in the region.
Identify and qualify new regional sales opportunities. Working closely together with regional demand generation specialist on pipeline management.
Manage day-to-day relationship between Aequilibrium and prospects throughout the buy cycle. Work closely together with pre-sales experts on RFPs, deep dives, pitches and proofs-of-concept.
Develop active partner relationships in the region that result in net new software business. Facilitate partner and Backbase sales team alignment, target account nomination and opportunity planning to drive joint Aequilibrium and partner wins. Achieve license and service targets as agreed.
Cultivate future projects and identify new opportunities in existing client base.
Work closely with the Director of Sales, delivery, legal and finance on structuring and closing pricing and legal contracting aspects.

What We’re Looking For:

5-8 years relevant experience in B2B sales (hunter), preferably in Enterprise Software/SaaS companies
Previous experience selling into the Banking or financial services (Banking, Insurance) industry is strongly preferred
Solid track record that can speak to your prowess in achieving and exceeding sales targets
A consultant, comfortable interacting with clients to solve their business challenges
A great relationship builder throughout all management levels at customer organizations
Digital-minded and tech-savvy
Ability to travel (30%-50%)
