We are looking for a super star Project Manager to join the team! Reporting to the Core Services Supervisor, the Project Manager will lead projects from its initial stages onto completion.

What will you be doing as a Project Manager:

Coordinate with key departments to finalize products and quantities to meet client deadlines.
Create quotes to satisfy client’s expectations of deliverables and timelines
Maintain accurate documentation and follow through on processes necessary for meeting crucial deadlines
Oversee collection of final payments and organize shipping
Address Customer Service issues as they arise
Other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:

2-3 years’ experience in a Project Management
PMP/CAPM certification a strong asset
Strong leadership, decision making, and negotiating skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and aptitude to learn other programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
Great degree of attention to detail, while maintaining an overall view of each project
Ability to work with a sense of urgency, prioritize work and meet objectives/deadlines
Ability to adapt to change and to work flexibly to overcome boundaries
