Duties/Responsibilities: (Include job summary, duties, and tasks)

*Preparation, cooking, and handling of food;

*Work closely as a team with other kitchen staff and helpers;

*Organize and assist with cooking through brunch and dinner service;

*Maintain kitchen operations as per the chef;

*Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service/prep areas;

*Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment;

*Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;

*Execute new menus as per chef’s instructions.


Education: Secondary school


Work Experience:

* 2 years of commercial cooking experience in a professional kitchen.

* Experience preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

* Knowledge of and respect for seasonal vegetables a must as we are a vegetarian restaurant.
