We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join our Professional Services team and be a significant catalyst for our growth. In this role, you will focus on establishing, developing and maintaining new business relationships with prospective and current partners to generate new business for BBTV’s professional services. BBTV’s professional services include Rights Management and Channel Development, leveraging our proprietary software suite, VISO. BBTV’s current clients include the NBA, Sony Picture, Viacom, Warner Bros and Univision.

Responsibilities:

Developing a business development plan for BBTV’s professional services.
Locating potential business deals and new opportunities.
Establishing, developing and maintaining new business relationships with prospective and current partners to generate new business for BBTV’s professional services.
Performing market analysis, identify new trends, and establishing a network of contacts in the industry to identify potential projects.
Maintaining knowledge of current market trends, competitors’ activities, internal sale strategies and operational capabilities.
Creating and delivering clear and effective customized sales decks, presentations and proposals.
Closing deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Maintaining an organized sales pipeline to achieve goals for new sales.
Reaching sales quotas and goals set by the leadership team.
Attending key industry conferences and events to further develop relationships with existing prospects and locating new prospects.
Providing leadership team with necessary feedback and working with them to further develop professional services offerings.
Travel as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years experience in a B2B Sales or Business Development role
University Degree required
Experience in SaaS sales
Relevant experience in the media industry
Strong understanding of the online video industry, including YouTube
Entrepreneurial and competitive spirit with a drive to grow the business
Great personality with a positive attitude, lots of energy and professionalism
Passionate about technology and online video
Demonstrated ability to develop long-term business relationships
Strong communicator able to deliver messages effectively through emails, calls, and presentations
Able to take the initiative and drive excellent results
Must be able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
Must demonstrate effective sales planning, closing, and presentation skills
Must demonstrate the ability to sell to and understand prospect’s needs.
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
Able to effectively align objectives and drive cross-functional initiatives
