MINI JOB FAIR – Get hired for your skills

Are you trying to build a career in Canada but are struggling to make it past the job interview stage?

Join us for the opportunity to practice your interview technique on local small business employers who are actively looking to hire newcomer talent.

This event will begin with a short presentation from SkyHive on resume upskilling. Afterwards, participants will be able to meet with select employers to be pre-screened for available positions through ISSofBC’s SmartMove program. So come prepared with your best elevator pitch and extra copies of your resume, and set yourself apart from the competition!

Offered through VPL’s Skilled Immigrant InfoCentre in partnership with ISSofBC, SkyHive, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and WelcomeBC.
