Cathy teaches workshops pro-bono for multiple non-profits and schools year-round as she loves to educate and empower everyone around her, especially women and those who are underrepresented.

HR Professional with 15 years of experience in the areas of Recruiting and HR. She started her career in the staffing solutions industry and has worked for the hospitality, accounting, mining, infrastructure, and engineering consulting industries. Currently, she is working as a Recruitment Business Partner for Dillon Consulting, a Canadian and employee-owned engineering company. Giuliana is passionate about mentoring new immigrants, she was at one point a new immigrant herself. She has volunteered with the Immigrant Employment Council of BC as a Career Mentor. She is also a member of their Employer Advisory Group.
