April 1 marks the one year count down to completion of the Welcome House building. Fifty-two men are currently working on site. The aim is to complete the exterior of level one by April 15 while starting work after Easter on level 2 east walls and columns. Looking ahead – a significant milestone is planned for June 1 when steel stub framing commences. Over the next four months – close to 325 concrete truck deliveries and a million dollar contract for rebar will occur and be installed.
