Today the old ISSofBC New Westminster office is officially closing and relocating to #280-610 Sixth Street. After weeks of planning and coordination, our new location will soon be ready and open to the public on Monday, November 24th.

The new office will be conveniently located within the Royal City Centre, and will have Settlement, MAP, LINC and Skills Connect services resume upon opening on Monday.

We look forward to continuing our services for students and clients at New Westminster.

  1. I think moving into the RCC is a step forward. ISS was the service I first approached when I landed in Vancouver 13 years ago. It provided me with a handful of tools to begin, from translations to job boards and tips writing cover letters. I had great conversations about the recognition of foreign credentials with ISS staff, and that, eventually, led to my first experiences with Canadian codes in technology, resource management and construction.

I am a proud Canadian who has learned that good services start with a smile and the will to help others solve problems that they cannot solve on their own. Looking back, I can surely say that this vision was a constant attitude among the people I met at ISS during my first years in Canada.
