Concrete footings, foundation walls, and under slab work is on track for completion by the end of this week – Nov 14. Reinforcing steel and pouring of concrete for the slab on grade process and parkade completion is scheduled for Nov 21. The focus of the first four months of construction has been “the hole” – not very exciting but absolutely necessary. The next phase of construction, beginning in late November-early December, will be the first floor. The site will take on a completely different feel over the next five months as each floor is added to the final building structure – a four and six storey building.
