Mayor and Council Refer ISSofBC’s Re-zoning Application for Public Hearing

As part of normal procedure, Mayor and Council reviewed the city staff report yesterday on our re-zoning application for 2610 Victoria Drive. No issues were raised. Our re-zoning application now proceeds to public hearing. We were advised by City staff that our public hearing will be on November 13 at 7:30 pm at City Hall. This is unusually fast for a City process given the fact that we only submitted our concurrent re-zoning and development permit last May.
