ISSofBC and City conclude land lease agreement

After a long negotiation with the City concerning a ground lease and services agreement for the site, we are happy and relieved to declare that we now have a duly signed and registered with the land title office a land lease. ISSofBC is grateful to the City for this 60 year ground lease and service agreement. The land has been valued at over $3.4 million but with this agreement in place our cost is $1. Yes, you are reading it correctly, $1!! – less than the price of a Starbucks coffee.
